What is PPS-CF, and why choose it over commodity filament for industrial parts?
PPS is a semi-crystalline high-performance thermoplastic, chosen where a part must hold its shape in contact with heat, solvents, fuels, oils and aggressive process chemicals, and where low moisture uptake matters. Carbon fibre reinforcement raises stiffness and dimensional stability, so a fixture or bracket does not creep the way an unfilled grade does under sustained load. Commodity PLA and PETG are easier to print but sit far lower on heat and chemical exposure. We publish qualitative material properties only; specific mechanical values are confirmed against the batch documentation you require.
