What is PEEK-A200, and how does it differ from the PPS-CF grade?
PEEK is a semi-crystalline high-performance thermoplastic that sits at the top of the industrial scale: it is selected where a part must keep its geometry and its load capacity in sustained heat and in contact with solvents and process chemicals. PPS-CF, the other option in this range, is chosen mainly for chemical resistance and stiffness where the duty cycle is less extreme. Both are reinforced technical grades rather than cosmetic materials. We publish qualitative properties only and confirm specific mechanical values against the batch documentation you require.
